2. What data we collect
When you give it to us
Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), company name (optional), the subject you are interested in, message content
When you reach us by WhatsApp, email or phone: the contact details you share and the content of the correspondence
Automatically
Visit measurement: only if you have consented to cookies, Google Analytics processes page views, referring address, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city) and a truncated IP address. If you do not consent, the tool is never loaded. Cookie Policy
Language redirection: on your first visit your browser’s language setting is checked. That information never leaves your browser; your IP address is not sent to any service to determine your country.
Your preferences are stored in your browser (local storage, not cookies): appearance, language, whether you dismissed the language bar, and your cookie consent decision. They are not sent to us.

4. Legal basis
Under article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK): necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest; in all other cases, your explicit consent.
For visitors connecting from the European Union, the GDPR equivalents are:
Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps: preparing a quote, carrying out pre-contract discussions, responding to your enquiry
Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation: meeting statutory retention, information and document obligations
Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest: keeping records of correspondence, ensuring the security and continuity of the site
Art. 6(1)(a) — consent: visit measurement cookies. This group runs only if you approve it in the consent banner; you can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the suppliers needed to run the service:
Where a transfer abroad is involved, the conditions set out in article 9 of the KVKK are observed.
6. How long we keep it
Form and correspondence records: 2 years from the conclusion of the enquiry. Copies of form submissions in the Web3Forms panel are deleted regularly; no permanent archive is kept there.
Where the relationship becomes a contract: the retention period required by the applicable legislation
Measurement data: kept for 14 months on the Google Analytics side and deleted automatically when that period expires.
7. Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to contact@dkc.click; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
9. Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The Google Analytics cookies we use for visit statistics are written only with your consent; if you decline in the banner, no cookie is created at all.
